Lengthy colophon on leaves 226a-226b with references to the Bulgarian Tsar Ivan Aleksandŭr and to Mladin, who commissioned the manuscript. Beginning with leaf 74a, there are numerous marginal glosses in cursive script with explanatory notes pertaining to Paul's Epistles to the Romans. Interweaving headings with vegetable ornamentation.
